To book for your Adventurous Journey or Training fill out the enrolment form below, then deposit the fee for your journey into our bank account: ASB 12-3049-0414478-01 , reference AJ and your name.
- Our Expedition coordinator will contact you with details once numbers for the journeys have been confirmed. If a journey does not have enough participants it will be cancelled.
- Contact is made through the email that is entered upon enrolment, so please use an email address you check often
- Before attending one of our training courses we recommended watching this series of videos from the New Zealand Mountain Safety Council
Notes on training:
For Bronze level - on enrolment you will be sent coursework to be viewed before your course takes place
You will then complete one day of training at Arataki visitors' centre or a venue advised on enrolment.
Both the theory and practical skills must be assessed to be signed off.
For Silver and Gold levels - on enrolment you will be sent coursework to be viewed and completed before your course takes place. You will then complete one day of training.
For Bronze level - on enrolment you will be sent coursework to be viewed before your course takes place
You will then complete one day of training at Arataki visitors' centre or a venue advised on enrolment.
