What are Open Award centres?
Open Award Centres are free centers where participants, parents and coordinators can come for expert advice, help and to enroll in The Duke of Edinburgh's Hillary Award.
At an Open Award centre, trained coordinators are available to help you decide which activities you want to do for your award, provide advice and guidance on where to access those activities and answer any questions you may have.
We run Open Award Centers throughout Auckland year round. These are drop-in centres and open to all participants and people involved with the award including Award Leaders.
If you are unable to come to a centre, but would still like to meet up, then contact Kathryn at kathryn@aucklandchallenge.org.nz
